FREIJE Treatment Systems is committed to complete customer satisfaction. That is why we offer a 90-day money back guarantee on all EasyWater systems. If for any reason you would like to upgrade, exchange, or return your EasyWater system, you are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling our customer service representative toll free at 1(888)766-7258, ext 127. FREIJE Treatment Systems will promptly process your request.

Any products without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Limited 3 Year Warranty Statement

LIMITED WARRANTY – FREIJE TREATMENT SYSTEMS will repair or replace (at the company’s discretion), without charge, any part of our treatment system which is proven defective under normal use within three (3) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any failures due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, acts of God, improper installation or for any other causes other than defects in materials or workmanship.

In order to obtain service under this warranty, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to promptly notify FREIJE Treatment Systems of the nature of any failure or issue, by phone at 1(888)766-7258.

FREIJE Treatment Systems will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products or any incidental costs of removing or replacing defective products.
