    Yes, financing is available when you purchase EasyWater products through one of our in-home consultants or Authorized Partner Dealers.
    EasyWater products are not available for rent, but you may finance them through one of our in-home consultants or Authorized Partner Dealers in your area.

    WATER PROBLEMS & TREATMENT

    Hard water is water that contains a high level of dissolved minerals, mainly the minerals calcium and magnesium. According to a World Health Organization report (2003), hard water is generally not harmful to your health, but it can be extremely damaging to your home’s plumbing and water-using fixtures and appliances.
    Soft water is water that has very low levels of dissolved hardness-causing minerals. Water in some areas is naturally soft. More often, an ion exchange water softener will be used to soften water. These water softeners will remove the hardness minerals of calcium and magnesium from water, and replace them with sodium or potassium. ‘Softening’ water is an industry term that refers to this ion exchange process.

    A water softener will remove hardness minerals, and to a lesser extent, iron and manganese, from water and replace these lost minerals with sodium or potassium. A typical water softener will allow soaps to lather better, will cause water to feel more slick on the skin, reduce water spotting, and reduce future hard water build-up inside plumbing and appliances. It is not designed to remove unhealthy contaminants, or to remove existing hard water build-up.

    A water conditioner is any water treatment system designed to affect a change in your home’s water. The EasyWater® No-Salt Water Conditioner™ is considered a water conditioner, and not a water softener, because it does not remove calcium or magnesium from water. Rather than removing the hardness minerals, the EasyWater® No-Salt Conditioner™ physically changes them to keep them from adhering to surfaces. In this way, the EasyWater® No-Salt Conditioner™ will protect against scale build-up, even though the minerals remain in the water.

    A water filter is any system that removes contaminants from water. Specific filters are designed to remove different contaminants. Iron Shield+, Toxin Shield+, Toxin Shield Cartridge and RevitaLife are all water filters. Contact us to learn which filtering option is best for your home.

    EasyWater products were designed to improve the quality of your water, whether you use well water or water from a municipal source. Common water problems that EasyWater products treat are hard water, rusty water, rotten egg odor, brown water due to tannins, acidic water, and bacterial contamination. We also have water treatment options for removing chemical contaminants from drinking water or household water.
    Water that comes from a city or municipal supply is monitored regularly to ensure that the water quality complies to regulations set forth by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). Unfortunately, there are potentially tens of thousands of contaminants in water that are not being regulated or tested. In addition, post-treatment system breaches can leave your water supply vulnerable. Point-of-use water treatment systems like the EasyWater systems are essential in order to provide your family with high quality drinking, cooking and bathing water.

    INSTALLATION

    When you purchase EasyWater products through one of our dealers or in-home consultants, the cost of installation is typically included with the price. You also have the option of purchasing an EasyWater® No-Salt Conditioner™, Toxin Shield Cartridge, Bacteria Shield and RevitaLife directly through EasyWater. In this case, the cost of installation is not included.

When you purchase directly through us, we will provide you with thorough installation instructions and support. We also have professional installation available through our dealers and in-home consultants.
    Every home and every water source is different, so we build a recommendation specifically for your needs. Our recommendation for optimal treatment might include several different products. You can rest assured that you are receiving the very best treatment available for your home’s water.

    GENERAL QUESTIONS

    Warranty periods will vary. Specific warranty periods can be found in the Owner’s Manuals. Extended warranties are available on some models. Consult your EasyWater specialist for details.
    The power usage of our No-Salt Conditioner™ ranges from 21-48 watts, depending on the model you need for your home. Each uses less than half an amp, and does not require a dedicated or GFCI outlet.
    The No-Salt Conditioner™ is sized for your home based on two main factors:

    1. The type and size of your home’s plumbing
    2. The hardness of your home’s water

    Acid Shield

    Contact EasyWater Customer Service.

    Bacteria Shield

    Disconnect power and contact EasyWater Customer Service.
    The system will feel warm during periods when water is not flowing through the unit, and will cool as water flow resumes.

    Iron Shield+ with Toxin Guard

    Electrical service to the filter is interrupted. Make sure outlet has power.
    Power failure. Reset time of day.
    Cause 1: The bypass valve has been moved from the “service” position. Move the bypass valve back to “service.”

    Cause 2: Temporary increase in water usage. Follow instructions for extra regeneration.

    Cause 3: Permanent increase in water usage or contaminants. Follow instructions for increasing regeneration frequency.
    Additional oxygen in water. Bubbles or cloudy water should dissipate. If not, contact your EasyWater Authorized Partner Dealer.

    No-Salt Conditioner™

    Confirm the electrical outlet has power.
    A good connection has not been made form the signal wire to the control panel wires. Ensure the wires are pushed all the way to the back of the 3M clip. Use pliers to squeeze the wire connectors firmly.
    The overload light should turn off once the connections have been made properly. Confirm that a PVC or PEX pipe has a single wrap of wire. Confirm the pipe size was identified correctly and the correct length of signal wire was wrapped.

    RevitaLife

    Contact your EasyWater Authorized Partner Dealer for service.

    Toxin Shield+

    Electrical service to filter is interrupted. Make sure outlet has power.
    Power failure. Reset time of day.
