Acid Shield

 

    1. Recurrence of green-blue staining

      Contact your EasyWater Authorized Partner Dealer for service.


Bacteria Shield

 

    1. Audible or visible alarm notification

      Disconnect power and contact your EasyWater Authorized Partner Dealer.

    2. System feels warm to the touch

      The system will feel warm during periods when water is not flowing through the unit, and will cool as water flow resumes.


Iron Shield+ with Toxin Guard

 

    1. Filter does not regenerate

      Electrical service to the filter is interrupted. Make sure outlet has power.

    2. Filter does not regenerate at correct time

      Power failure. Reset time of day.

    3. Recurrence of rust staining

      Cause 1:  The bypass valve has been moved from the “service” position. Move the bypass valve back to “service.”

      Cause 2:  Temporary increase in water usage. Follow instructions for extra regeneration.

      Cause 3:  Permanent increase in water usage or contaminants. Follow instructions for increasing regeneration frequency.

    4. Bubbles or cloudy water

      Additional oxygen in water. Bubbles or cloudy water should dissipate. If not, contact your EasyWater Authorized Partner Dealer.


No-Salt Conditioner™

 

    1. Unit is plugged in but no lights are on

      Confirm the electrical outlet has power.

    2. Power and Overload light are on, but not the Descaling light

      A good connection has not been made form the signal wire to the control panel wires. Ensure the wires are pushed all the way to the back of the 3M clip. Use pliers to squeeze the wire connectors firmly.

    3. Power, Overload and Descaling lights are on or blinking

      The overload light should turn off once the connections have been made properly. Confirm that a PVC or PEX pipe has a single wrap of wire. Confirm the pipe size was identified correctly and the correct length of signal wire was wrapped.

    1. Recurrence of unpleasant taste or odor

      Contact your EasyWater Authorized Partner Dealer for service.

      Filter cartridges are reaching capacity. Replace filter cartridges.
