What Happens When I Call EasyWater?

Paul Coburn May 07, 2011 at 11:54 am · Reply

I have a problem with white mineral deposits on the shower doors, plumbing fixtures, and items in the dish washer. I have tested the hardness of my well water and it tested at 26 to 28 grains hardness. My home has two baths, and just me and my wife normally, unless the kids come home to visit. Time of greatest demand is in the summer when useage includes topping off the pool, watering lawn and garden, and washing vehicals. What is your reccomendation? I want to install the unit myself! I’m a retired trades manager.

Hi Paul, with the level of hardness in your water, we’re not surprised that you would be seeing so many mineral deposits! EasyWater will be a big help in these areas, ensuring that future evaporative mineral depositing will be much easier to clean. You probably also have a great deal of scale build-up on the inside of your plumbing and water-using appliances, and EasyWater will not only keep future build-up from forming in these areas, but will actually remove existing depositing. For more information on the difference between evaporative mineral and scale, check out this blog post – “How Does Evaporative Mineral Differ From Scale?”

Based on the level of hardness in your water, either our EasyWater 2200 or EasyWater 3500 will be the best fit for your home. If you give us a call at 877-708-3338, one of our residential specialists will talk you through the difference between these two units, and help determine which one you will need.

We have a well, we’re not sure how hard our water is but it is harder than we would like. Do we need to have the water tested to see what unit we would be interested in? Also, is there a money back guarantee?

Hi, thanks for reaching out! If you give us a call at 1(877) 708-3338, we have trained residential specialists who can help determine the approximate hardness of your water with a few key questions. It still might be a good idea, however, to have a water test done to determine if further treatment is necessary. If you’d like to go that route, just let the residential specialist know when you call in that you’d like to have your water tested. We can either test it here at our office, or have an authorized dealer come to your home to perform the test. And yes, we do have a 90 day money back guarantee on all of our EasyWater No-Salt Water Conditioners!

Hi, we have every problem there is with the well water here. Orange tinge on our bathtub, smelly and nasty tasting water, lots of salt in the water, scale, you name it, we have it. We just descaled our shower head, and have very dingy whites. We have a problem though, we live in an RV and need to install this outside the RV. Is it possible to do this? What system would be best for us.

Hi Connie, it sounds like you really need treatment! RVs typically don’t have quite enough water pressure to support proper functioning of iron filters, including our Iron Shield products, but we can certainly take care of your scale issues. The EasyWater No-Salt Conditioner will keep your shower head, plumbing and appliances free of scale, and it’s compact and portable. Give us a call at 1(877) 708-3338 to learn more, or to schedule an appointment with a dealer in your area!
